With a par of 72, the course spans over 6,570 meters, with each hole offering multiple tee positions to provide challenging yet enjoyable experiences for golfers of any ability. Links-Inspired Design
One of the standout features of the course is its links-style design, a rare find in the Mauritius golf landscape, giving it a distinctive character that sets it apart from other golf courses on the island.
It incorporates elements of traditional links courses, with tightly-mown, firm and fast fairways, long links-style grasses, pot bunkers, undulating greens, run-off areas and natural hazards, promoting strategic ‘along-the-ground’ play typical of the world’s great links courses.

Set against a backdrop of lush tropical vegetation and rolling hills, La Réserve Golf Links boasts several unique features – including panoramic views over tropical bays, sandy beaches and the Indian Ocean that are visible on every tee and green.
Golfers will descend a dramatic 200m elevation change from the highest point on the course to the Clubhouse, captivated by the never-ending views of the course and ocean. Adding to the unique playing experience, the back nine features three Par 3’s, three Par 4’s and three Par 5’s, two holes have split fairways, four holes have dramatic infinity greens, and the tricky 14th has a bunker carved into the putting surface itself, patiently waiting to seize any errant approach shots.

Inspired by the wild open spaces of the great seaside links, La Réserve Golf Links plays hand-in-hand with nature, mindful of its location alongside a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
Former sugar cane fields have been sensitively planted with native grasses to create rich rolling grasslands, encouraging ecological diversity, maintained by a state-of-the-art irrigation systems and sustainable water management practices. Every step has been carefully monitored, contributing towards future GEO Certified Development status, the global standard for sustainable course design.
