This web site and the related web sites contained herein (collectively, the “Site”) make available information on hotels, resorts, and other transient stay facilities (each a “Property”) owned, managed or franchised by Heritage Resorts – Mauritius and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates , and other travel-related or consumer goods and services. This Site, and the services of each of its modules, are offered exclusively by Heritage Resorts and/or its various third party providers and distributors. The offer of such goods and/or services is conditioned on the user’s (“User(‘s)” or “You(r)”) acceptance of the terms and conditions and notices set forth herein and on other pages of the Site (collectively the “Terms”).
BY ACCESSING USING, VIEWING, TRANSMITTING, CACHING OR STORING THIS SITE OR ANY OF ITS SERVICES, FUNCTIONS OR CONTENTS, YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED TO EACH AND ALL THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES IN THIS SITE (“AGREEMENT”) WITHOUT MODIFICATION. You may only use this Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this Site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
This Site is to be used by You for Your personal use only. Commercial uses of this Site are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent from Heritage Resorts has been granted. You agree that You will not use this Site for chain letters, junk mail, “spamming”, solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or bulk communications of any kind including but not limited to distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a list. In addition, You agree not to create a hypertext link from any web site controlled by You or otherwise, to this Site without the express written permission of Heritage Resorts. You agree not to pretend to be any other person or a representative of any entity, whether actual or fictitious, including an employee or agent of Heritage Resorts or any third party that provides services related to this Site.
You agree that You will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy the Site or any contents or information contained therein, unless You obtain Heritage Resorts prior express written consent. You agree that You will not through any means interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site. You agree that You will not provide to Heritage Resorts and/or to this Site: (i) any viruses, worms, time bombs, and/or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or information; and (ii) any content that may create liability for Heritage Resorts or cause Heritage Resorts to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our suppliers.

This Site and the content provided on this Site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, modified, transmitted or distributed without the written permission of Heritage Resorts, except that You may download, display and print one copy of the materials presented on this Site on a single computer for Your personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use of this Site and/or the materials contained on this Site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws. You must retain all copyright and trademark notices, including any other proprietary notices, contained in the materials. The use of such materials on any other web site or in any environment of networked computers is strictly prohibited.
Software
Any software that is made available to download from this Site (“Software”) is the copyrighted work of Heritage Resorts and/or its various third party licensors. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software (“License Agreement”). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless You first agree to the License Agreement terms. Please note that copyright laws and international treaty provisions protect all Software. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted. Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the Software for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. Any warranty applicable to the Software will be specified in the terms of the License Agreement.
User Feedback
By submitting any ideas, comments, suggestions or other information: to Heritage Resorts related to improvements to the Site and/or services related to the Site; (collectively, the “Feedback”), You agree that such Feedback shall be deemed, and shall remain, Heritage Resorts property. None of the Feedback shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on Heritage Resorts part and Heritage Resorts shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Feedback. Heritage Resorts shall own all rights related to the Feedback (including without limitation intellectual property rights and moral rights) and shall be entitled to use of the Feedback without restriction for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to You.
You also warrant that the holder of any rights, including moral rights in such content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to You the right to provide the proprietary rights to Heritage Resorts stated above.

Terms & Conditions “Best rate Guarantee”:
The Best Rate Guarantee applies to confirmed reservations made on heritageresorts.mu and bookings made under the Best Rate Guarantee search.Should a lower rate be found on another website, the application of the guarantee sought must be for the same hotel, same date, same type of room, same rate, same number of people and with the same sales conditions as those that apply to the reservation made on heritageresorts.mu.
The lower rate on the other website must be viewable, bookable by the general public, providing instant confirmation, inclusive of all taxes and service charge.Guarantee shall not apply if the lower rate is found on a third party website but is lower due to the currency exchange rates, rounding applied on room rate, incorrect display, etc. Claim must be made within 24hours of making your booking on heritageresorts.mu.
Claims for multiple nights will be compared individually.
Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
- Negotiated rates
- Corporate rates
- Group rates
- Association member rates
- Wholesale rates by travel agent
- Wholesale rates by online travel agent
- Flash sale rates by flash-sale site or online travel agent
- Package rates that include airline ticket + hotel, airport transfers, meals, tours and amenities
- Opaque bookings where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is unknown until the booking is confirmed.
UPDATED REBOOKING POLICY
In order to encourage as much rebooking as possible, we are allowing free rebooking under initial conditions/rates/offers for stays up to 30 September 2022, excluding period 27 Dec 21 to 02 Jan 22.
UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation for booking cancelled 2 days prior to Arrival. No-show will be charged 100% of total booking.

SOCIAL MEDIA PHOTO CONTEST
The Heritage Resorts Social Media photo contest also referred to as “the competition” is organized by Heritage Resorts, to allow our guests to win a two-night stay on Half-Board basis for two persons by posting their best moments photos on Facebook & Instagram.
1.Acceptance
Entry to the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
By entering the competition, the participant agrees that Heritage Resorts can use his/her personal information submitted with his/her entry only for the motive of directing the competition. Heritage Resorts reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions for the competition at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.
2.Eligibility and Entry restrictions
To be eligible to participate you must be minimum 18 years old and have an authentic Facebook & Instagram account.
Only the participants who publish their photos which represent their best moments through five themes:
- Your best food’s moment
- Your best drink’s moment
- Your best pool’s moment
- Your best wellness’ moment
- Your best water & land sports’ moment
In Heritage Resorts in public mode on their personal Facebook & Instagram pages will be eligible to enter the competition. Any other pictures or contents, not related to the 5 mentioned themes, will not be considered as valid for the competition.
Participant should like & follow Heritage Resorts Facebook & Instagram pages, and send us a private message on Heritage Resorts’ Facebook page with all his/her contact details (full name, email and phone number).
When posting their photo(s) on their timeline, participants should check in at:

- Heritage C Beach Club
- Heritage Golf Club
- Heritage The Villas
in the location search. Participant should also share theirs photos in stories on Instagram and Facebook.
Participants can enter the competition only once. Any duplicate profiles for the same person will annul all entries.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
No cash will be involved for the winner or any participant.
3. Start and Closing Dates
The contest shall open on 04/10/21, and the closing date for entry will be 30/11/21 at noon GMT + 4. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
General Terms and Conditions Of The Competition
The competition is open to residents and tourists visiting any Business Unit in Bel Ombre or staying in one of our resort in Mauritius.
The participant with the most combined likes, shares and comments will be declared winners on the 01/12/21 via email and Facebook & Instagram of Heritage Resorts.
The prize is a two-night stay for two persons, in half-board, in one of the Heritage Resorts’ hotels.
(Stay valid till 01st Dec 2022 and it does not include flights if ever are needed)

The winners will be contacted through email. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a substitute winner if the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within 15 days of notification.

Heritage Resorts reserves the right to disregard any entries that do not conform to or satisfy any conditions of eligibility.
Heritage Resorts’ decision regarding the selection of the winners shall be final. No claim or dispute regarding the decision shall be considered in this regard.
